About the Company
HARIBON® Foundation for the Conservation of Natural Resources, Inc. (“HARIBON”) is the Philippines’ pioneer environmental conservation organization at the forefront of protecting and restoring the country’s diverse ecosystems and communities for over 50 years and counting.
Hatched as a Philippine Eagle-inspired birdwatching society in 1972, HARIBON® gave birth to the Philippine environmental movement and took several individuals, local communities, and decision-makers from different sectors under its wing, helping incubate their own impactful conservation endeavors.
HARIBON® continues its legacy for the Haring Ibon (Philippine Eagle) and nature through sustainable projects that train, nurture, and empower many more Filipinos to be environmental leaders and defenders for countless generations of Philippine biodiversity to come.
