About the Company

United City Football Club is a Filipino professional football club which competes in the Philippines Football League (PFL), the top-tier league in Filipino football. From 2012 until 2020, the club was commonly known as Ceres –Negros. Since 2014 the Club has won the UFL FA League Cup (2014) and the United Football League Division 1 Championship (2014) and (2015). It is also a two-time PFF National Men's Club Championship champion (2012–13 and 2013–14) and a one-time United Football League champion (2015). The club as Ceres–Negros, was three-time Philippines Football League champion (2017, 2018, and 2019) and winner of the Copa Paulino Alcantara (2019). In July 2020, the Club was transferred ownership and is now managed by Emirati-Philippine sports marketing firm, MMC Sportz Asia which has retained the core of the players for the 2020 PFL season and continuation of its participation in the AFC Cup. as United City F. C. After 2 direct qualification for the AFC Champions League Group stages in 2021 and 2022, UCFC added in May 2022 the Copa Alcantara titel to its elusive trophy collection. In February 2023, UCFC took a leave from the PFL season and Fans and stakeholders are eagerly awaiting the return of the team to competition for the 2023/24 season.
