Role Overview:
We are searching for a skilled Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to join us on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The right candidate will have a talent for creating clean, modern designs and experience with both social media content creation and management. This role involves graphic design for digital assets, social media management, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Design stunning visuals for funnel and website templates, as well as digital products.
Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Canva templates and other visual materials.
Convert design elements to SVG files for easy integration and customization.
Utilize tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Google Drive.

Social Media Management: Develop and schedule compelling social media content, focusing primarily on YouTube, with support for secondary channels.
Manage content creation and posting, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
Collaborate on social media strategies to align with branding and marketing goals.

Marketing Support: Assist in crafting and executing marketing campaigns, including content repurposing and strategic planning.
Help develop digital products and templates that align with our brand’s aesthetic and mission.

Administrative Tasks: Organize and compile weekly updates from the high-level Facebook group, including help documents, video links, and post content.
Provide general administrative support, including task management in ClickUp or other project management tools.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing modern, clean designs.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Google Drive.
Experience with social media management and content scheduling.
Ability to convert design elements into SVG files and understand technical aspects of web design.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with YouTube content creation and strategy.
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com .
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and content repurposing.

Personal Attributes:
Creative and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to various design styles and project requirements.
Excellent time management skills and efficiency under tight deadlines.
