Sales – Cold Caller – Appointment Setter – Entry Level to Experienced - Full Time

Looking for a sales job that’s 100% remote/work for home? We are currently hiring for a full time Cold Caller – Setter to help grow our company!




Main job description

We’re looking for the best cold callers/appointment setters for a full time opportunity. 100% work from home, with base and commissions. You’ll be making calls to find business owners who are interested in Search Engine Optimization services, from a rapidly growing US Based SEO Agency.

Get experience with the most up-to-date cold technology, using the power dialer to really increase your performance on the phones!

Experience

Example: This is an entry-level to experienced position, no experience is required, all the training will be provided for.




The requirements will be the following:




1. Access to a computer.

2. Reliable access to internet connection.

3. Commitment to work from (number of hours) hours per week.

4. Strong English skills, should be close to native speaking fluency.

5. Must work USA time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.




Desirable Qualities Include




1. Eagerness to learn new skills.

2. Experience with Spreadsheets like Google Sheets, Excel, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

3. Someone who is ambitious but also a team player. If you want to grow the company, we will help you grow your paycheck as well.




Expectations:




We understand their will be a learning process in the beginning, but we hope that you’ll be able to quickly get to a minimum of 2 interested business owners per day, using the power dialer making 300+ calls per day. However there is a very strong bonus structure for each client acquired!




This is going to be a full time position, but there will be a day training/trial period before we hire you on full time. If you can successfully go through the training program, then we can move forward to a full time position. The training will be paid, but only one person will be able to get the job. The trial period will be paid.
