Key Responsibilities
- Acquired new account, average one account per month
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
- Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedure of Department and Company Rules.
- Participate in all Quality Management System (QMS) related trainings.
- Report any identified non-conformity.
- Other responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior in related to the position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 Years
- Effective Communication skills
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Expected to adhere to their workplace schedules, set by the director/president.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
