Looking for a customer service/support representative (Shopify)

Hi! We're an e-commerce company looking for a customer support representative. You'll be handling email s, managing orders on Shopify, and communicating with our supplier regarding customer inquiries.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in managing Shopify orders and responding to customers on a daily basis

You need to be proficient in English, and if you have some basic experience using a ticketing system, preferably Giorgias or Zendesk it would be a plus :)

This is a test job to start, but it could turn into a full-time position if you prove you can do a great job

Weekly payments will be sent using PayPal and to count hours we'll use either TimeDoctor or Hubstaff
