Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital
marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing,
particularly in social media ad posting, management, and engagement. This role is pivotal in
generating sales through various digital channels, including digital ads, social media, influencer
management, LinkedIn, email /newsletters, SMS marketing, video marketing, and podcast
distribution.

The Head of Digital Marketing will function as a project manager, coordinating with our team of
web developers, podcasters, video editors, sales agents, and graphic designers to create and
execute effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
? Digital Advertising: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive sales
and brand awareness.
? Social Media Management: Create, implement, and optimize social media strategies to
increase engagement and grow our online presence.
? Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand
visibility and credibility.
? LinkedIn Marketing: Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and brand
building.
? Email /Newsletter Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to
nurture leads and convert them into customers.
? SMS Marketing: Develop and manage SMS marketing strategies to engage and inform
our audience.
? Video Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of video content to enhance
brand awareness and drive sales.
? Podcast Distribution: Manage the distribution and promotion of podcast content to
reach a wider audience.
? Team Coordination: Act as a project manager, coordinating with web developers,
podcasters, video editors, sales agents, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive and
effective marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media ad posting,
management, and engagement.
? Demonstrable experience in managing digital ads, social media, influencer relationships,
LinkedIn, email /newsletter campaigns, SMS marketing, video marketing, and podcast
distribution.
? Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead a diverse
team.
? Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
