Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is a leading hospitality provider in Mabini, Batangas dedicated to offering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our resort’s efforts in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.

Responsibilities

This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies and comprehensive marketing plans. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will manage digital marketing initiatives, oversee social media accounts, and handle advertising campaigns while ensuring a positive guest experience. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential as you balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations and lead a team to achieve set targets.

In this role, you will create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, targeting key market segments and building strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating contracts and managing client satisfaction. In addition, you will plan and coordinate events, handle client inquiries, and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and pricing.

On the marketing side, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and oversee advertisement efforts to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging. You will manage the resort’s online presence, including website content and SEO, and organize localized marketing campaigns and special events. Maintaining brand standards and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity is crucial.

In this leadership capacity, you will supervise and train the sales and marketing team, ensure adherence to company policies, and manage the marketing budget effectively. Regular tasks include conducting market research, developing quarterly marketing plans, and participating in auditing processes to validate reservation accuracy and sales reports. Travel may be required to represent the resort at industry events and conventions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and sales strategy development. Excellent leadership, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS/MS Degree in Sales Management or related field, preferred.
  • Must have extensive knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems, OTA platforms, social media platforms, Google and MS Office Suite.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle escalations and complex guest situations with professionalism.
  • Must possess knowledge in competitive pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Must be willing to travel and do fieldwork.
  • Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas.
  • Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules.
