Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day invoicing for all clientele, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments.
- Keep track of budgets and provide regular financial reports.
- Handle general accounting duties, including A/R, A/P, GL, and financial reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulations, with an interest in studying and understanding legal aspects.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure strong internal controls.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Manage and maintain records of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-end audit processes.
- Manage administrative matters related to financial operations.
- Maintain and update financial data using Google Sheets.

Qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in law and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
