Job responsibilities :
• Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy, create all marketing collaterals
• Develop a brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms
• Media liaison and key influencer liaison, brand partners
• Suppliers and landlord liaison for marketing activities and Open Houses
• Lead a team of web and design professionals
• Assist in the creation of digital, video and website content
• Assist the sales and operations team by creating internal documents, presentation decks,
create and update website listings and blog posts
• Keep an eye on the market best practices and to develop new market possibilities
Ideal Candidate would have:
• Strong social media skills, including Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, e-newsletter and blog
• Experienced in copywriting, content creation, general knowledge in graphic design and print materials
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of branding
• Knowledge of website design is preferrable
• Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written)
