We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant** based in the Philippines to support a busy executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing multiple calendars and email accounts, and light bookkeeping in QuickBooks. ### Key Responsibilities: - **SOP Mastery**: Develop, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures to streamline workflows and ensure consistency. - **Calendar & Email Management**: Efficiently manage and sync multiple calendars and email accounts, ensuring all tasks and meetings are scheduled correctly. - **QuickBooks**: Perform light bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including data entry and managing accounts. - **Task Management**: Provide support with task prioritization and tracking, particularly for an executive with ADHD who needs help staying on track with multiple priorities. ### Qualifications: - **Education**: A college degree is required. - **Experience**: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is preferred. - **Skills**: - Must be **fluent in English** (both written and spoken). - Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and **Google Suite** (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is essential. - Familiarity with **Notion** and **project management tools** (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.) is a strong plus. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ### Perks: - **Remote Position**: Work from anywhere in the Philippines. - **Growth Opportunities**: Be a key part of a growing business with opportunities for development.
