Virtual Assistant/Social Media Management

We are looking for a candidate who is committed, detailed oriented and consistently shows up to work and perform at best.

Excellent English speaking, reading, listening and writing skills. Prefer American English accent
• Understanding of project management tools and Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google photos, Canva, creating email campaign.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, motivated, reliable self-starter; proactive approach
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills
• Helps with office management work but can also tackle a variety of writing, editing, design, marketing, and email managing tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a team
• Must work and respond effectively in United States Eastern Time zone from 8AM-5pm Monday- Friday
• Work along side the key employees of the company with a quick response time.
• Excellent internet speed, reliable computer with a camera and speaker. This job requires interaction with other tea m me mbers and customers and requires to have the camera on at all time during your shift hours.
• I would appreciate someone who is NOT scared of challenges and when things get tough, they are brave to ask for help and not ghost me or disappear. Please know we also want you to succeed and work for us for a long time.
