JC Management is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of IT/CTO to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will be an expert full-stack developer with profound knowledge in React.js, Node.js, Python, and frameworks like Django and MongoDB. This role is pivotal in driving our tech strategy and ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality web platforms and applications that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and scale JC Management’s IT and development teams, ensuring efficient project execution and team performance.
Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions to strengthen the team with top-tier talent.
Oversee the development of web platforms and applications, ensuring they meet our specifications and quality standards.
Define and direct the company’s technology strategy and roadmap, collaborating with other department heads to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage technology budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize innovation and efficiency.
Implement best practices for software development and documentation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and IT best practices, integrating them into plans and processes where beneficial.
Ensure the security of all technology systems and compliance with data protection regulations.
Develop and oversee a dynamic technology architecture that supports the growing needs of the business.
Facilitate technology training and mentoring for tea m me mbers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with strong competencies in React.js, Node.js, Python, Django, and MongoDB.
At least 5 years of experience in software development and 2 years in a managerial position.
Fluent or bilingual proficiency in English.
Demonstrable experience in leading and scaling IT teams.
Experience in writing smart contracts and developing blockchain technologies is highly desirable.
