Green Ocean Property Management is looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
Develop and implement a variety of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and public relations
Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance to ensure ROI
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Manage and track marketing performance metrics and report on results to the CEO
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing management
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing
Experience with public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
