Structuring Your Day Around:

Shift: Night Shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

From Concept to Creation: Essential Tasks
• Create, manage, and optimize product display pages across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Oversee product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
• Ensure all product listings are optimized for search engines and adhere to platform-specific guidelines, focusing on keyword research, accurate descriptions, and compelling content.
• Regularly review and audit product pages for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms, addressing errors or discrepancies promptly.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Monitor and analyze product listing performance using analytics tools, generating actionable insights to improve user experience and sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce best practices to continuously improve listings and overall online presence.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance website functionality, user experience, and visual appeal.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability across all online channels.
• Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
The Right Fit: Experience and Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a focus on online retail or digital sales.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Experience with marketplace page management and optimization.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon or eBay; 5+ years of experience with specific knowledge and ability to create retailer pages like Amazon A+ is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, as the company is transitioning its website to this platform.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and web analytics tools is strongly preferred.
• Basic skills and knowledge in web design.
Required Skills:
• Experience managing and optimizing marketplace pages on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or similar.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing techniques.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and PPC strategies.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
