Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Propsuite. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with executive tasks, researching and utilizing clerical skills. This role is based in Baguio City with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent online research skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
