Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for his/her team’s performance.
- Manages the attendance of their specific team.
- Completes one-on one-coaching sessions per associate on a weekly basis.
- Completes a one-on-one coaching session on their defects or reversed audits.
- Completes a monthly one-on-one coaching session for the associate’s monthly performance scorecard.
- Cascade updates and make sure that everyone signs off that they understand the update.
- Floor support and answers questions of each associate in the team.
- Do daily and weekly huddles and discuss performance and any challenges being raised by the team.
- Sends daily audit disputes to Quality for review.
- At least 3 years of work experience, and at least 1 year of management experience in the position (such as team leader or supervisor).
- Must have strong communication and understanding skills.
- Must have high sensitivity to report and plan for unexpected situations.
- Above average communication skills
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule (both day and mid shift)
- Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus, Cavite.
- College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
