Virtual Assistant for Facebook Marketplace Sales & Data Collection

Job Description:

We are a dynamic and growing business, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of the VA will include managing our Facebook Marketplace listings, handling customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, and collecting data to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facebook Marketplace Management:
- Create, manage, and update product listings on Facebook Marketplace.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle any issues related to customer transactions.
- Monitor and report on marketplace performance and trends.

- Data Collection & Reporting:
- Collect and organize data related to sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Assist in compiling reports that provide insights into business performance.
- Perform research tasks as required to support marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook Marketplace or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Working Hours:
-Negotiable

Salary & Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Starting From USD $2.50. Up to USD $9.50.
- Payments will be made every 2 weeks.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses will be awarded based on successful sales made through Facebook Marketplace. The more you sell, the more you earn!

Probation Period:
The initial probation period will be 6 months. During this time, the VA’s performance will be closely monitored to ensure a good fit for the role. Continued employment will be contingent on meeting performance expectations during the probation period.

Payment Criteria:
- Bi-weekly payments will be issued every other Saturday, subject to review of the work completed during the week period.
- Sales-based bonuses will be calculated based on the volume and value of successful transactions completed on various channels.

Special Application Requirement:
To ensure attention to detail, all applicants must include a photo of an apple at the very top of their application. Applications without this photo will not be considered.

Additional Information Required:
- Are you currently employed with another company or working with other clients? If yes, please provide details of your current availability.
- If selected, when would you be able to start working with us? We are looking for someone who can begin as soon as possible, but we are flexible depending on your current commitments.

- Please include a recent internet speed test result (e.g., from speedtest.net) to verify your connection’s stability and speed, as a stable internet connection is essential for this role.
