Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via our CRM system; this may include platforms such as phone, email, Facebook, Yelp and our website - CRMS USED: HIGHLEVEL, SERVICETITAN
  • Provide detailed information about our fencing products and services
  • Schedule appointments for consultations and installations
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Understand and communicate our Cool Cat Process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with our clients by ensuring world class service from the first interaction with the customer to the completion of their project

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a construction or home improvement industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time Management / Multitasking ability
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
