Looking for CLIENT SERVICES & BUSINESS ANALYST

About the Role:

• Manila-based role.
• Business Analyst, who will be the vital link between Internal and External Stakeholders to support and ensure the successful completion of
analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our product implementations.
• As a business analyst, the role is responsible for constantly engaging with business stake holders to identify innovations and digital
enhancement opportunities that are translated into well-articulated, actionable solutions.
• Tasks mainly include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
• Collaborating with Senior managers on resource management, project costing, vendor management and KPI/Performance/Management
reporting requirements.
• The role would be reporting into the Sr. Project Director.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive business requirements document for the development team.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes, operations, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop technical specifications and design documents to support software development projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the overall project.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client team.
• Create test plans and test cases to ensure that technical solutions meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Provide support to the development team during the software development lifecycle, including providing clarifications, troubleshooting issues,
and reviewing deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the client industry and related regulations.
• Provide training and support to client teams on the use of the requisite digital implementation.
• Work with vendors and partners to carry out a gap analysis of integration documents including APIs.
• Research and analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to identify areas for improving sales and customer experience.
• Assist with the design, development, and testing of new digital systems.
• Perform system and data analysis to ensure that technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, including providing input on timelines, resource requirements, and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a business analyst within retail, online ecommerce, F&B etc. who has worked on B2C solutions will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst.
• In-depth understanding of software engineering and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis techniques, process flow diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams.
• Able to gather and analyze data, and requirements and use business knowledge to draw conclusions.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documenting, and analysis tools
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
