Virtual Assistant / Cold Calling/ Customer Service

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller to support a top-producing real estate agent in Miami. This role requires someone with exceptional English language skills and high emotional intelligence to effectively work under pressure. I will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cold Calling: Utilize excellent sales skills to make cold calls and convert leads into active clients, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
* Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain CRM with up-to-date information, ensuring client follow-ups and nurturing leads to provide a seamless experience.
* MLS Searches: Conduct thorough property searches and market research on MLS to assist with client needs.
* Content Creation: Write engaging and informative blogs for our website at least once per month, focusing on relevant real estate topics that resonate with clients.
* Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and professional presence on social media platforms, with a focus on engaging and educating our audience.
* Client Reviews: Request and manage client reviews to maintain and enhance our reputation, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
* General Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that keep our clients happy.

Qualifications:

* Excellent English Communication: Fluent in both written and verbal English. Excellent communication is a must.
* Emotional Intelligence: Ability to work under stress and maintain composure while managing multiple tasks, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
* Sales Acumen: Proven experience in cold calling and converting leads, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, MLS, and social media platforms.
* Content Creation Experience: Ability to write and edit blogs and social media content with attention to detail, ensuring it aligns with client interests.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
