We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients, passing warm leads to our external sales team, and managing interactions across our social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.
Identify and qualify warm leads, then pass them to the external sales team for follow-up.
Maintain detailed records of call interactions and outcomes.

Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage hundres of weekly comments and messages on our Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and YouTube channels.
All job responses should include your favorite marvel movie and your favorite emoji. Engage with our online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, ultimately converting questions into sales.
Escalate any customer service issues or potential leads to the appropriate tea m me mbers.

Administrative Support:
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing teams.
Provide regular updates and reports on cold calling and social media engagement activities.
