Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch support through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email , and live chat
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions promptly and professionally
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Work with the team to enhance support processes and boost customer satisfaction
Assist with onboarding and training new customers
Identify and report recurring issues or potential improvements
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they’re satisfied with the support

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus!)

Bonus Points: Experience in tech support, customer success, or similar fields is highly desirable.
