Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of human resource management or any related field
- Has 1-2 years of experience in the different sections of HR
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- Can start as soon as possible
