Entry-Level Bookkeeper & Client Relations Assistant

As an Entry-Level Bookkeeper & Client Relations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with bookkeeping tasks, handling phone calls with clients, and following up with leads and current clients to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries related to their accounts.
- Follow up with leads and current clients to collect necessary paperwork and ensure all documents are submitted on time.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English C1 level or higher required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
