  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DEPARTMENT: Product Development

REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager

JOB PURPOSE: Tasked with the design and development of new products, emphasizing functionality, usability, and aesthetics; Working closely with global product design and development teams, with particular attention to supporting the Asian market and other regions; Ensure that product designs align with regional needs and preferences and adhere to industry standards

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, and/or Product Design
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Product Design, with a preference for experience in the Hand Hygiene, Hospitality, or Food Industry
  • Experience working with the Asian market or other regions is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Rhino3d, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturability (DFM)
  • Experience creating 3D prototypes and robust proof-of-concepts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and creatively
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in designing injection molded products with opto-electronic component integration
  • Experience in sustainability-focused design
