- Design template emails and schedule marketing campaigns
- Handy in CANVA and mailchimp
- Manage a CRM to ensure proper categorization of contacts and consistent follow up is scheduled
Requirements (Real Estate Experience Required)
- Listing preparation and management
- Transaction coordination if possible
- Understanding of basic real estate terminology
- Update sales trackers regularly
- Skip trace prospect lists
- Manage inbound leads with a quick-to-action response
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent English skills
