We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Payroll Manager to oversee financial processes, handle payroll, manage unpaid accounts, and conduct weekly cash flow analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Job Description:
The Accountant & Payroll Manager will manage all financial transactions, payroll, and ensure the organization maintains cash flow stability. In addition to processing payroll, the role includes following up on unpaid accounts and email ing clients who have outstanding balances. You will work closely with the CEO to provide weekly cash flow analysis and develop financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and weekly cash flow analysis
Perform weekly cash flow analysis and present detailed reports to the CEO
Collaborate with the CEO to develop financial forecasts and monitor the company's financial performance
Track and reconcile accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and expense tracking
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Identify and manage unpaid accounts, sending email reminders and following up with clients who have outstanding balances
Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
Work with HR to support payroll adjustments, new hires, and terminations
Maintain and update employee timekeeping records, resolving any payroll discrepancies
Assist with year-end financial processes, including tax filings and financial audits
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required)
Proven experience in accounting, payroll management, and cash flow analysis
Experience managing unpaid accounts and client follow-up for overdue payments
Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting software (QuickBooks, ADP, or similar)
Strong understanding of federal and state payroll laws
Ability to perform financial forecasting and weekly cash flow analysis
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
