The Human Resources Head is responsible for overseeing the
operations of the Human Resources Department and its functions: sourcing and recruitment,
training and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and employee
relations and enforcing the company policies and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of statutory benefits and payroll by overseeing the
process and collaborating with the compensation and benefits assistant.
• Ensure that KPIs and KRAs are monitored, measured, and constantly improved.
• Coordinate with the heads and managers in every department to run established periodic
performance evaluations.
• Work with department managers in the event that a Performance Improvement Plan is
required for an employee; and to follow through these plans.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human
resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs,
recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Ensure that due process is followed in the event an employee commits an infraction or
violation of the code of conduct and performance standards.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Communicate the performance standards, policies, KPIs, KRAs, and other memos from
management to everyone in the organization effectively.
• Maintains compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; Develop and review policies and practices to maintain
compliance.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal
development opportunities for employees.
• Represent the Company and Global Credit Lending Corporation at the Department of
Labor and Employment, National Labor Relations Commission, and other labor-related and
personnel-management related agencies.
• Organize strategies and programs for employee engagement and ensure that employee
turnover is kept at minimum.
• Submit people indicator reports- in terms of hiring, turnovers, promotions, and transfers- on
a quarterly and annual basis, in order to gauge the organization’s health.
• Work with management in implementing bonuses, incentives, and salary increases.
Qualifications:
• 8 to 15 years experience as HR Manager
• With strong retail company background
• HR Generalist and Strategist
