Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations efforts
- Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Manage performance reviews and employee development programs
- Support and advise management on HR-related issues
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related course
- 5-10 years of proven experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday to Friday in Rosario, Cavite
