Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and creative content (visuals, videos, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, showcasing the hotel’s unique features and promoting offers and events.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, to boost bookings and event inquiries.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, provide insights, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborations: Identify and engage with influencers, local brands, and media partners to create collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Event Promotion: Coordinate with internal teams to market and promote hotel events, packages, and promotions, including corporate and social gatherings.
- SEO & Website: Ensure the hotel’s website and online listings are optimized for search engines to increase traffic and bookings.
- Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in the hotel's brand voice and values across all digital and print marketing materials.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the local community and tourism stakeholders to support the hotel’s positioning as a local favorite and a cultural hotspot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for luxury hotels or related businesses.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for visual content and design.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and hospitality.
