Duties And Responsibilities
Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.
Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.
Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement,
transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination and
salary and benefits administration.
Provides data required for the company’s HR information system; ensures maintenance of
personnel records.
Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.
Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
