Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Administering employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, such as contract signing, probation management, handling social security and benefits, and related matters.
  • Maintaining employee records and information to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing employee training plans, including training needs analysis, organizing training sessions, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Handling daily administrative tasks for employees, ensuring that company HR policies and procedures comply with laws and regulations, and promptly updating and communicating relevant information to employees.
  • Assisting in managing performance evaluations and performance management processes, including goal setting, progress tracking, and providing feedback.
  • Employee relations management, addressing employee inquiries, complaints, and suggestions to maintain good employee relations and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Daily office maintenance and management; handling administrative tasks related to the company to provide necessary support for project teams.
  • Other tasks that are required by direct leader.

Additional Information

  • Salary Offered: Commensurate with experience

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
  • Work Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
  • Shift Schedule: 9AM- 6PM PH Time (including 1 hour break), 5 days a week
  • Interview Arrangement: All interviews are being held remotely through Google Meet.

*This position is to be outsourced to our EOR partner in the Philippines and will eventually be absorbed/employed by our local entity once established.
