Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and manage the Marketing Department.
Generate leads through various channels.
Create simple, high-converting funnels.
Manage and track marketing campaigns.
Maintain and improve the CRM.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators.
Develop clear, easy-to-follow SOPs.
Troubleshoot tools and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of marketing experience.
Experience with Go High Level or REI Reply, preferably in real estate.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proficient in Google Suite and marketing tools.
