We are seeking expressions of interest for a CRM Specialist role. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and versatile professional with a strong technical background in optimising CRM systems, creating and refining workflows, and integrating with third-party systems. While experience with HubSpot is beneficial, we welcome candidates with a strong background in any enterprise-level CRM platform. Proficiency in APIs, Python, and the ability to document workflows and business processes and translate solution designs into production are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Pipeline Management:

Design, create, and optimise sales pipelines within the CRM to align with

business processes.

Continuously monitor and refine pipelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness in driving business outcomes.

  • Workflow Creation and Optimisation:

Develop complex workflows to automate and streamline business processes.

Regularly review and enhance existing workflows to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.

Document workflows and business processes for clarity and consistency.

  • Technical Integration:

Lead and support the integration of the CRM with third-party systems and

platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • API Proficiency:

Leverage CRM APIs to develop and implement custom solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate the CRM with other systems using APIs.

  • Python Development:

Apply strong Python programming skills to develop custom solutions and

integrations within the CRM.

Collaborate with the development team to build and deploy scalable Python-based automation and data processing scripts.

  • Documentation and Solution Implementation:

Document workflows, pipelines, and business processes clearly and effectively.

Translate solution designs into production, ensuring smooth implementation and operational success.

  • HubSpot and Other CRM Expertise:

While HubSpot experience is beneficial, expertise in other enterprise-level CRM systems is also highly valued.

Serve as the go-to CRM expert within the organisation, providing guidance and best practices to the team.

Stay updated with the latest CRM features, updates, and industry trends to

continually improve platform utilisation.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and deliver CRM solutions that meet business needs.

Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and

provide training or support as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience with any enterprise-level CRM system, with a focus on pipeline and workflow optimisation.

Strong proficiency in APIs and Python.

Experience with CRM integrations and system customisation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

HubSpot certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
