Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong English communication skills
• Leadership experience
• Skilled in QuickBooks
• Experience in US Real Estate Accounting
Job Description:
As an Accounting Manager at HYPR Service, you will lead the team of bookkeepers and manage sales activities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the Accounting department and ensuring clients receive quality bookkeeping services
• Providing administrative support to the finance department
• Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Training and mentoring junior accounting staff
• Coordinating with other departments to support overall business operations
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning
• Resolving any accounting discrepancies or issues promptly
