Job Description
You will join our talented and driven Logistics team and you will be reporting to the Logistics Manager. Overall, this is the perfect role for someone to kick start, or progress their career in Logistics with a focus on data administration and to help improve our customer's experience every day.

Job Description
You will join our talented and driven Logistics team and you will be reporting to the Logistics Manager. Overall, this is the perfect role for someone to kick start, or progress their career in Logistics with a focus on data administration and to help improve our customer's experience every day.
What you would be doing:
- Investigate delivery issues and courier errors
- Recategorize reported logistics errors if incorrectly logged
- Raise delivery queries to courier partners when needed
- Liaise with our Insights & Reporting and other Operations teams on a weekly basis to shift errors cross-departmentally
- Liaise with the Outbound team to understand the transport, own fleet and loading errors
- Oversee and maintain daily error tracking sheets
- Support the Logistics Accounting Coordinator if the investigation is needed for courier claims Analyze trending error categories
- Work alongside our Customer Care teams to provide feedback on incorrectly reported errors
- Maintain clear records of active error categories
- Update our records when new error categories are introduced
- Support where required, with ad-hoc logistics-related projects and tasks
- Partial work-from-home and partial in-office work
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You are investigative and like to get to the bottom of things
- You are hungry to learn new things every day
- Ability to work with little supervision
- You have a strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables/charts)
- You have good communication and rapport-building skills
- Experience with SQL preferred
