Your Function:
- Manages day to day operations within site amenities such as the cafeteria, nap rooms, gym, recreation and gaming areas, employee lounges.
- Handles office allocation and parking allocation to eligible employees.
- Creates branding inventory by doing site ocular visits of areas requested by clients.
- Supervises vendors during actual onsite branding installation.
- Conducts site audits to ensure quality of services provided by the vendors.
- Attends onsite collaboration meetings with the Site Directors and Site Admins.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in BPO industry handling similar responsibility is preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Functional expertise
- Willing to be assigned / manage multiple sites
- Initiative and enterprise
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organized and good time management skills
- Ability to produce documentation and reports
- Strong computer skills to include working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
