About the Role:

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to ensure the business unit supports the company’s broader goals
Qualifications:
- With bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, accountancy, IT or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Ideally possess 5-10 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or leadership roles; experience in IT sectors, Construction, Real Estate, Distribution and Manufacturing industries is advantageous
- Demonstrates exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong track record of managing P&L and driving business growth
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large business units
