We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to help grow our online presence, engage with customers,Oversee products advertising and boost sales.
The applicant should have a vast experience in e-commerce digital marketing/advertising and social media management in health and dietary supplements industry, with proven work and testimonials.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and Pinterest to promote our supplement products and engage with followers.
Content Creation: Write SEO-friendly blogs, product descriptions, email newsletters, and educational content focused on supplement benefits and wellness tips.
Email Campaigns: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and customer engagement sequences.
SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research specific to dietary supplements and optimize product listings, blog posts, and website content for search engines.
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries on social media and via email regarding product benefits, usage, and recommendations.
PPC Campaigns: Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns targeted at increasing supplement sales.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Research and reach out to wellness influencers and affiliate partners to promote the brand and build relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement, and provide weekly/monthly reports with insights for improvement.
Competitor & Market Research: Stay updated on supplement industry trends, competitors, and emerging ingredients to help inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce (preferably in the health and dietary supplements industry).
Content Creation Skills: Strong writing skills with experience in creating engaging, SEO-optimized content (blogs, social media posts, and product descriptions).
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO strategies, keyword research tools, and on-page optimization.
Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, running promotions, and engaging with followers.
PPC Campaigns: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with the team, influencers, and customers in a professional and engaging manner.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Interest in Health & Wellness: Passion or interest in dietary supplements, wellness, or the health industry is a plus.
