Purpose: The purpose of this role is to resolve a lot of client support issues. Doing it quickly, thoroughly, and in a friendly manner. The support rep will accomplish this by being efficient, becoming a product expert, and by utilizing our software tools.

Job Description:

The support representative will respond to our client’s questions and help them resolve issues. They will respond to, and resolve, medium volume of tickets per hour. Doing it in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to medium volume of customer interactions each day
  • Help clients resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a 95% CSAT score
  • Become a product expert so you can help clients resolve product-related questions
  • Help clients accomplish KYC & KYB (know your customer and know your business)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior Support Representative experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Extremely organized
  • Great writing communication skills
  • History of meeting or surpassing Support KPIs & targets
  • Follows through on commitments
  • Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am - 6pm
  • Great internet connection with zero noticeable latency (50+ mbps speed)
  • Very effective in a remote-work environment
