Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Service!

In this role, agent is supporting one of the financial institutions by providing outstanding Customer Service Experience to their existing Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Your job is to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to,
  • Providing account transactions details, placing investigations or on-line navigation assistance as well as to perform the following:
  • Work in a fast-paced and high-volume service center self-managing call efficiencies
  • Promptly resolve client inquiries and escalate as need.
  • Attentively service customer needs and concerns while being empathetic.
  • Maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Show willingness to address the expressed and unexpressed needs of the client helping to build customer loyalty.
  • Utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
  • Present strong problem solving and decision-making skills Be organized, and detail oriented with the capability to multitask.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • At least HS Graduate or equivalent.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Can multi-task and adapt to any situation.
  • Experience in banking and credit card industry preferred
  • Amendable to work in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
