RESPONSIBILITIES:
1st point of contact on partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.
Provide response/s and solution/s to partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.
Conducts research and troubleshooting to address partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.
Escalate out-of-scope and/or gray areas to Level 2 point of contact.
Participate in performance training development.
Maintain and/or exceed performance Service Level Agreement targets.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of total work experience
With background/knowledge in API
Open to Level 1 Technical Support agents with API background/knowledge
