  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job description: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible in handling both Inbound and Outbound calls and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

You are expected to be demonstrating your customer service skills to be able to assist our clients with responsibilities below.

  • Properly introducing to our clients our offers that could help them reach their goals.
  • Effectively assisting them in the walkthroughs required for them to avail our offers.
  • Patiently assisting them in the sign-up process including providing accurate information.

Job qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Role in any VOICE campaigns/accounts.

• Good Communication Skills both Oral and Written.

• Having a positive and proactive attitude towards customer service.

• Must be able to work with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

• Starting Basic Salary: PHP 16,000-20,000

• +Performance Bonus (Up to PHP 5,000)
