Leadership


  • Provide structured reporting, process improvement proposals and recommendations in the respective process area.

Management and Steering


  • Collaborate on the needed training and awareness of QMS within the organization
  • Examine the quality and readiness of upcoming transition
  • Supervise the QA Process team
  • Supervise day to day operations of respective team and ensures delivery of services in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage regular relationships with GBS stakeholders and local organizations’ representatives
  • Drive process improvement and standardization projects within the team
  • Lead and participate in projects involving QA
  • Cooperate with other processes in QA scope
  • Supports current activities to emphasize and reinforce growth, development and advancement by ensuring customer-oriented, value-adding solutions
  • Monitors achievement and reports results to the Function Management, developing corrective actions where necessary


Operations


  • Day to day operations respective QA team
  • Building expertise in of business operations and processes, and initiate discussion on Quality results and errors
  • Consistently examine the quality and reliability of the process and identify ways to improve it for optimal results and align on SOP template


Quality, Legal & Compliance


  • Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”),
  • Keep yourself updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate corporate values in daily business, Compliance with SSC’s internal procedures and instructions.
