JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
TIMEKEEPING
- Checks accuracy of timekeeping reports such as ETRAN and PADJ (every cutoff 5th and 20th of the month) for Senior Managers and Executive employees
- Audits remaining VL/SL of regular employees for encashment and new leave entitlement by end of business year (Deliver SL encashment, New Leave Entitlement start of November 1 every year)
PAYROLL
- Assists employee on payslip concerns
- Complete all needed documents for Merit Increase for implementation
- Complete all need documents for Promotion Increase for implementation and ensure that company benefits were also upgraded
- Complete all needed documents for Wage increase implementation (when necessary)
BENEFITS
- Reviews and validates accuracies RCPs for HMO, GPA and GLIP payments
- Assists employees on benefits related concerns (both company and government related benefits
HRIS
- Checks accuracy of SMEMP File, Employee Headcount Report
- Prepares Monthly HR Analytics Report
EMPLOYEE CLEARANCE AND SEPARATION
- Creates myHR transaction of resigning/separated employee upon receipt of resignation/termination letter
- Checks the created transaction if approved, routing of clearance has started and no errors encountered
- Sends resignation checklist and outstanding accountabilities to resigned employees
- Arrange schedule of Exit Interview and update HR Analytics on employees’ turnover
- Requests SAP vendor account for terminal pay check
- Prepares attachments to the myHR Clearance: BIR Form 2316, Payslips, surrendered IDs, Attendance Records,)
- Computes the Terminal Pay (in coordination with C&B Head) and encodes in myHR then forward all documents to Accounting for audit.
- Assists Treasury in scheduling and releasing the terminal pay
- Updates Terminal Pay Monitoring Report
DATA AND RECORDS UPKEEP
- Ensures the proper storage, organization and retrieval of the following employee information secure and confidential: 201 File (Personal data) Salary Changes, Performance Appraisal, Conduct (Disciplinary Records), Learning Seminars, Transfers & Promotions (Notice of Personnel Action) and others for all levels
- Monitors and ensures security measures for the 201 upkeep of Rank and File Level to Manager
OTHERS
- Process Intercompany Transfers (Transfer In and Out) including documentation and coordinates with respective HR of employee
- Process renewal and implementation of Uniform
- Release C&B Announcements, FAQS, and Payroll Reminders
- Ensure accuracy of list of Awardees in preparation for plaques and tokens for SMEDD Service Awardees
- Checks and validates Travel Allowance Form (TAF) for inclusion in payroll pay out
- Checks and validates Bereavement Computation for inclusion in payroll deductions
- Process Intern Allowance
- Request for C&B office supplies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- With a degree in BS Human Resource Management/ BS Psychology or any business related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity
- Must be willing to be assigned in our Head Office in MOA, Pasay
