- Recruit at least 5 highly effective Property Consultants
- Track Sales Performance of the team and ensure to meet quota
- Responsible for managing group of Property Consultants in selling residential projects of Antel Group of Companies
- Manages the sales plans by accompanying the property Specialist on calls, tracking their progress and holding them accountable for achieving quota
- Checks and manage daily/weekly sales activity and result by each PC
- Monitor CRM reporting/accuracy in support of the Sales Director and others
- Helping team members in negotiation and closing sales
MUST HAVE
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- 3 years of working experience as Sales Manager in Real Estate.
- Proven Leadership competencies
- Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (Facebook Adds, Facebook Boosting)
- Handle minimum of 5 Property Consultant
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias and Tanza, Cavite
