The Field Sales Officer (FSO) is an entry-level position that helps improve brand awareness and builds strong client relationships to offer and promote the financial products and services they need. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or any related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous relevant experience in financial sales and customer service is preferred.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient sales, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive influencing and relationship management skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Represent UnionBank in booth locations in various parts of the Philippines to conduct sales activities e.g., malls, events, corporate and affiliates.
  • Complete all required training of the Bank.
  • Adhere to all processes and policies of the Bank.
  • Effectively sell and promote the Bank's products and services.
