Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Compliance Reporting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Reporting Consultant who is responsible for analyzing data, creating of dashboard, and reporting. Their duties would include but not limited to auditing, bookkeeping, reviewing logs, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Review & analyze data sets in google sheets
• Create reports in looker studio
• Review CS tool activities logs
• Generate value add insights/observations for process improvement
• Review Superset and identify the potential threat/issues
• Highlight any suspicious or major findings in real-time basis in the analyzed data
• Communicate issues to management
• All the activities should be thoroughly checked & audited.
• Generate value add insights

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• 3-4 years of Compliance Reporting experience
• Experience in working in Google sheet/Looker Studio
• Zendesk basic functioning
• Auditing/Compliance Experience
• An eye for detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent judgment and the ability to make tough calls in ambiguous situations
• An empathetic approach to dealing with sensitive Trust & Safety concerns
