Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Quality Analyst!

In this role, you will lead the continuous improvement process on Quality related metrics for the assigned set of moderators/team, by first & foremost being an in-house specialist of the process & policies, conducting a variety of Quality Assurance tasks which include transaction review, random audits, provide coaching & feedback to agents, engage in Calibrations, Root Cause Exercise & contribute their assigned part on action plans.

Responsibilities

The QA Specialist will assist with planning and executing large-scale QA projects covering multiple BPOs. QA projects may focus on Moderation or Customer Service. The QA Specialist will:

  • Become an expert on QA workflows
  • Field QA questions from other BPO partners about core QA processes
  • Assist in the maintenance of QA documentation with Client documentation guidance
  • Audit QA programs executed by Account’s BPOs (i.e. “QA of QA”)
  • Organize schedules and calibration sessions for cross-team collaboration
  • Construct QA exercises and similar QA tasks
  • Produce and/or condense QA reporting
  • Assist with follow-up coaching actions for BPO agents
  • Escalate questions and concerns to the Client QA team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Any graduate
  • Relevant experience working as an Agent/Reviewer/Moderator in a Trust & Safety Process (content moderation/review/labelling)
  • Good communication& excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility in working hours & shifts.
  • Prior understanding & exposure towards quality process (audits, calibration, coaching & feedback, sampling & reporting)
  • Proficient on MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) or Google Suite Apps ( Docs/Google Sheets)
  • Attention to detail, nature of being thorough & meticulous in their work.
  • The individual should demonstrate resilience in handling potential exposure to sensitive and offensive material.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Relevant experience as a subject matter expert/coach or quality auditor in their previous stint/organization
  • Worked in more than 1, Trust & Safety process/account in their previous organization.
  • Prior experience of people/multiple stakeholder interaction
  • Has experience on public facing
